Times may vary depending on vehicle size and condition. We'll confirm timing when we discuss your package and inspect the vehicle.
Yes, please ensure we have access to a water supply and electricity at your location. This helps us deliver the best possible results for your vehicle.
Our standard prices are based on vehicles in average condition. If your vehicle has excessive dirt, heavy pet hair, mould, or requires extra attention, additional charges may apply. We'll always discuss this with you before starting.
Yes — we have specialist tools and techniques for removing pet hair. Depending on the severity, a small additional charge may apply which we'll discuss with you beforehand.
As a mobile service, weather can affect our work. In the event of heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures, we may need to reschedule to ensure a quality finish. We'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
For insurance and safety reasons, we don't uninstall or reinstall child seats. However, if you remove the seat before we arrive, we can clean the upholstery underneath.
We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due upon completion of the work.
